Gem State AI

Software engineering internship

Free help for local businesses, real experience for you.

Gem State AI Launchpad is a free program: the businesses we work with are never charged for your work during the Launchpad program. You’ll work in a team of two, sit down with real business owners, figure out what they actually need, and build practical AI tools from the first meeting through delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Lead requirements gathering: interview business owners, ask the right questions, and turn their needs into clear, written requirements.
  • Design, build, and test a working AI integration.
